Do you work out of hours?
Where the building needs it, yes. Shops and units are often easier to do early, late or at a weekend, and we would rather plan that in than disrupt your trading.
Can you do planned maintenance rather than call outs?
Yes, and it is almost always cheaper. A scheduled visit to clear gutters, check fixings and deal with small failures costs a fraction of a reactive leak and the damage that comes with it.
Do you provide RAMS?
Yes. A method statement and risk assessment are supplied before we start on any commercial site.
