What happens after you send this
We ring you back, usually the same day, to work out whether it needs a look or whether we can answer it on the phone. If it needs a look we book a time that suits you, come out, get on the roof where it is safe to, and photograph what we find.
You then get a written, itemised quote by email, with the access, the materials and the labour separated out so you can hold it against anyone else's. The survey, the photographs and the quote are free, and they are yours whether you use us or not.
