What we collect
If you send the quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, and your email address and notes if you give them. That is all. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data about you from anywhere.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about the roofing work you asked about, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Records of work we have carried out are kept for six years, which is the period in which a claim could be brought.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies only where they are needed for the site to work or where you have agreed to analytics. There is no advertising tracking on this site by default.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing flashroofingukltd@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
